Rear seat cowls?

Hi all. Trying to find a decent black rear seat cowl for a 2012. Lots of Chinese stuff on ebay but not had good experience with that in the past. I found one on ebay UK claiming to be UK stuff, although I'm not sure but feedback looks reasonable.

The seller has a UK vat number but based in Japan?
