R&G rear peg blanking plates

Fitted some tonight and it said to throw away the plastic washers but the plates would not fit without them due to the welds.

Anyone else fitted them with this problem.

Yep, grind the welds flat and matt black em, mines lasted 3yrs to date....

No tools over here and don't own a grinder anyway, are the blanks bad or something?

the welds on the subframe sit proud, not the best bit of manufacturing i've seen
