Preload and Damping Settings for Heavy Rider 260/118 lbs/kgs

I pretty much maxed out everything, from preload to front damping to rear rebound to rear compression. Is this even safe?

Where in the UK can I get uprated springs for a K67? I'm heavier than this dude around 135kg with gear on!!! and same problem, i'm close to if not bottomed out...
