pillion seat

Guys I need to replace the pillion seat and bmw quoted 158+vat+shipping, not including the lock. The original invoice of my bike, north oxford garage charged 100 for pillion seat and footrests-USED. That was way back in june 2015, so i guess the seat came off a gen 2 or maybe even 1. The part numbers dont match but I cant tell the difference between gen 1,2 or 3 regarding the pillion seat. Can anyone confirm if these are a straight swap. Also is it the same for the right hand side heated grip?

I have fitted at 2017 seat cowl on my 2013 bike without problem, I would guess the seats are also interchangeable

Pillion pads are interchangeable on all model years.
