Lucky me (and 10 others) are staying in Riano for 3 nights in September and have 2 days to play about, we are riding down and back, so don't want too long journeys out maybe 200 miles round trip. I've got Michelin Map 572 to try and plan something - but if anyone has any personal recommendations - road numbers or towns etc would be gratefully received.

Lovely area, the north-south roads through Potes is fantastic. N-621 Desfilidero de la Hermida.

Riano to Cangas is good too, N-625.

If you've got the Michelin maps you can't go far wrong, just follow the green highlighted routes.

another recommendation for the 621 , went through there on the way back from Jerez moto GP
lovely roads , surface can be a bit ***** in places and sublime in others
