Petrol tank: Any physical changes between models?

Evening guys,

Can anyone tell me if there are any physical/dimensional changes between the petrol tank on the various generations?

I've bought a carbon tank protector pad from eBay and realised that it's not listed as fitting the 15 on.

Bring real, moulded, CF it's obviously not malleable.

I've now received it, offered it up, and it looks like it's a good fit...just wondering if it would be a better fit on a pre 15 model.
