how often do you change oil and filters when doing track days?
recommendations for make and type of oil, and filters?
How often to you change brake fluid?

Trackday Oil & Brake Fluid Change

Oil and filter change every 3-4 trackdays (Motul 300V and OEM filter). New brake fluid at the start of every trackday season and changed as and when required throughout (Castrol SRF).

Lot of the yanks use 10/40 due to their warmer climate .

5/40 is harder to get at times and more ???..

I've done a couple of 10/40 changes in summer with no ill effects.. I don't condone it but it works for me..

Motul 300V 5w40

Motul 300V 5w40 is relatively easy to get hold of as it?s such a popular oil for race and trackday use. If you sign up to the Opie Oils newsletter they routinely send out 10-20% off discount codes which makes it cheaper.
