Oil advice

I've ran R1s for last countless years and then last 12 months a blade and now got a 2010 RR, wish I'd done it years ago, doing s few track days on it, as always I change the oil before just for peace of mind and wondered what do you guys recommend ... Really want to make sure that I don't wreck a phenomenal machine by being cack handed with its life blood

Im lover of motul 300v. Just had my r1 engine refreshed by a yamaha guru and he says its the best

I'm with puf ^^^^^ on this one. Motul 300v.
Expensive oil is cheap oil in the long run.
