Cant find a Dickie bird online re this shock, makes me think it's an older unit... cant figure out the spring rate either... not sure if it's a good price...

85 kilo spring.. .. how much does anyone factor in for kit, would say 5 or 6 kilos be about right ?

Weight

You should be fine just adding 5-6 Kg to take in to account kit weight when ordering springs. Failing that just put your helmet and kit on and weigh yourself.

I reckon a good starting point is to actually own a set of scales !

When I tried my leathers on....it felt more like 8-10kg and not 5 when lifting it off the bloody hanger let alone huffing and puffing putting the thing on.....so def allow for more....
