New to the s1000rr and to forums!!

Hi All Bricky here from Derby. First ever forum. Just got the s1000rr after 4 years on a V-twin (Ducati Panegale & hypermotard sp) only had it 6 weeks and love it, I thought I was too old at 51 for a sports bike but so glad I did it. Got a track day at Donington in a fortnight and can't wait.
Any advice on settings would be much appreciated.

Re settings, are you after suspension settings or information on the electronic modes/settings?
