Just bought my 2021 S1000RR to replace Fireblade so joined this forum.

First question as new to S1000RR and forum. How do you reset trip meter. Can't find this in the manual.

Welcome.
When you've got the trip showing, long press on the lower menu button. You can also use the same process to clear avg speed and avg mpg.

Many thanks for your quick reply. I have added the trip 1, trip 2, avg mpg, avg speed in the status line and flick through these by pressing the up menu button. However, pressing menu down button for quite a time on any of these with and without engine running does not reset.
Any further advice much appreciated.

Page 79 of the owners manual has the details. Requires going to the My Vehicle screen and from there you can reset the various counters.
