My Gen3 only does 140 till it reads zero on the fuel gauge/trip. What the issue?

ordered my M Sport in October. Was told March/April then June. Now August. At the earliest

Getting pissed off - suns splitting the trees and I?ve got 4 weeks off...tempted to buy a V4S and chop it in next year
I was tempted to do the same thing. Test rode a V4S. Really don?t like it. Gets really lumpy on hairpins. REALLY lumpy. And I used to have an original Aprilia RSV Mille!
I have a mate who has a V4S also, he gets off the bike with boiled tatersSo, I?m going to stick it out and wait. BMW have promised to match my original trade in, so, it would be rude not to.

Thanks bud, neither do I and have had several bikes from the dealer, so will be asking questions.
When there's a long waiting list, the dealer essentially has a choice of giving up some of their margin as a discount, or selling the bike for full price to a number of people screaming "just take my money" and keeping all of their margin.

Nope not paying RRP, I've got a decent chunk off, plus apparently ?500 goodwill gesture from BMW for the delays, apparently.
Have you ordered one mate? Plenty of people not paying RRP....

I put a deposit on my ‘19 in November (M version), it was promised Jan, then feb, then March and currently June/July delivery date.
i haven’t heard a word in over a month, no confirmed date from my dealer. I crashed my ‘13 RR so I have no p- ex, I’ve been offered no discount. I’d almost say my dealer doesn’t want to talk to me.
Frankly I’d be happy to just get my bike in July, even if I pay RRP, I’ve waiting forever and I have a holiday and ferries booked for August. Nothing I read on here makes me confident I will get my bike before September.

So what are you paying before the ?500 goodwill is taken off?
Your dealer should be able to give you a delivery date now, mine has, week 33 which is late August.
I gave my deposit to my dealer in August 2018, but the dealer did not put the order in until late September, I had to go and watch him type it in.
They have agreed to 'stand by' the trade in I was offered last year, we will see, I don't expect to get any discount other than the alleged ?500 'hush money' which will probably be lost in the dealer price offered for my 2015 RR.
I would hope to get something for my wait, HP levers, rearsets? but I won't hold my breath.

How does this "?500 hush money" work? Is it confirmed as applicable to all outstanding orders? Does the dealer just surprise you with a cheque for ?500 when you pick the bike up? Anyone know?

I got a call this morning from BMW Motorad Farringdon. My bike is expected 10th - 17th June 
The production has been delayed due to the popularity of the GSA1250 and other models as the factory couldn't cope with demand. I'm not 100% sure I can go ahead with buying the bike at the moment due to other unexpected commitments but I'm continuing as planned for now. The demo is available to people who have put down deposits from the 1st June and I've got a test ride booked on Monday teh 3rd. I doubt thats going to help me be sensible with money.....

The RRP on the M sneaked up to 19,700 from 19,315 according to the BMW website. Is that the bulk of the ?500 hush money?
The sales bloke at my dealer is on holiday, I'll ask him about delivery of mine and any sweeteners when he gets back tomoorrow.
