My 2002 Blade

My old dear was moaning that her lappie was running slowly... so cleaned up the HD and found a pic of my old blade...couldnt believe it, this pic dates back to 2009 or 10..I had it for 5 years and done Scandinavia 2006 and Europe 2007 on it... what a bike .. loved it !

954 supposed to be the best of the breed wasn't it? Still looks smart now. I owned a 900RRT and an '05 1000RR both beautifully built, 900 not that quick but fun to ride, found the thou a bit dull even when geared down.

Couldn't agree with you more Mac, I had a 954 in 2002, fantastic bike that I did 26k on in 2 years, I would buy another now if they started making them again.

My 954 was a superb bike.... had a fantastic power band and brilliant handling, however the front brakes didnt keep up with the rest of the bike, no matter what pads I tried I couldn't get it to stop the way I wanted.

My RR9 was such a different bike and had amazing front brakes but some of the fun had gone... 954 is the archetypal blade... fast as fxxx.. lol
