Mugello gearing

Any advices on gearing for 520/120 chain?

Thinking to start at 16/45. Is it worth taking 43/44 as well?

16/45 will very likely be too short. The main straight is 180-190mph on the RR. We're there next weekend

I'm expecting to need 16/43 but will take 44 as well.

Not really. That post is from Jul 24, the day of heatwave across Europe and the UK.
