Anyone got any feedback on the new MacKenzieHodgson Insurance? They have just quoted me ?200 cheaper than Bemoto! just want to see if anyone has any experience before I give them the go ahead....

Hi Edgy, just got my renewals through today from the Post Office, 49 year old rider (Looks much younger) 2013 HP4 Carbon, 5 years NCD, ?181.07 Fully Comp for the year Insurer is Devitts.

Protected NCD ?221 total.

Used the PO for a few years now.

They told me the Ageas would be underwriting my quote. I didn?t hear anything I didn?t like to be honest.... but just thought I would see if anyone had any experience with them.

Yup, messrs Hodgson and McKenzie told me that themselves at the Excel Bike Show in Feb - someone they know bought Carol Nash, and they have a branding agreement with him.

That seems really good mate , what's the excess ?

I think I was about ?350 ish last August and mines is a ?550 excess.

?500 Dunc, just looked through both my GSA and HP4 schedules, seems I am insured for pillions on the HP4 (only one seat) but not insured on the GSA, oops. Will have to phone them.
