Have been looking for the torque settings for the linkage arms ( dog legs ? ) but have not had any success

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

The M10 bolts are 56nm and the M12s are 100nm

Can you let me know what year your bike is and ill just double check those are correct
 
is that the service manual down load ?

if so i didnt have any joy with down loading it
