As I know nothing about setting up my suspension, and I had a day off yesterday, so booked the bike into Kais to set it up for me.

Great service (and a good cup of tea), they will set up the bike to suit your preferred riding style. Really impressed, the bike handles a lot better.

£50 well spent, I know those who know how to do it, would question the price, but to me it pays to get it done properly.

Well recommended. A guy who arrived at the same time, with his R6 trackbike for a fork rebuild and upgraded rear shock, had the same opinion of them.

Cheers,

Yeah gonna do mine soon, as soon as I get a little helper..............

we slated KAIS on another forum. we paid for the suspension setup then got shouted into the workshop 20 mins later saying it was done. He didn't ask what roads we ride, if we do trackdays, take pillions, or ask about previous problems with the suspension.

I took mine to this bloke, actually sat down with me outside and asked what was happening, fiddled with it, sent me out for a test ride, fiddled some more, checked fork dive on braking etc. http://racinglines.co.uk/ and he only charged me about £20

I work for racing lines, Rob's the man with suspension setup, wont try and sell you anything unless you really need it.
