HM QS blipper problem 2023 s1000rr

Hi all, just installed a HM OEM replacement blipper on my 23 model,I run race shift but this will only work in road shift, I've changed the values in blipper from C to E and vice versa but no joy in race only road shift, had no error messages after install .
Any ideas ?

I tried with the HM shifter with no joy at all. In the end I returned it and got refunded.
Even two dealers over the phone with HM directly could not get it to work.
Bought the Alpha one in the end at similar price and it worked faultlessly.
