My kitchen was a bit hot yesterday but turned the thermostat down and it was fine. As far as the bike goes has R&G guards fitted since day one with no issues, get them on chill out and ride your bike, simples.:motorcycle2_smilie:

I fitted Evotech to mine after several day's of riding it from new and noticed that many of the radiator fins had been bent over just from that short ride. No issue since with temperature, not even noticed a slight increase. Get em on, better than a holed radiator.

Thanks Billo I've had them on every bike I've owned without any problems at all.... The guys at BMW told me not to fit them but I'm def gonna now!

I was told by bmw not to fit one ,but i have and to be honest not regretted it
i had a stone through a rad on my previous bike cost me ?600 for new one
ive had no probs with temp

Well the guards have come ! Who wants to be nice and fit them for me lol ? Talk about fiddly

Did you go for the evotech ones? No need to pull off the side panel even though the instructions say so.

No went for R&g...

Easy to fit. I loosened off the front fairing around the rad and oil cooler and the guards fitted in fine. Cabke ties were a bit fiddly but whole job took less than 30 mins.
