help with parts for the shock linkage bearings and bushes

hi lads striped down the rear shock linkage to inspect clean and regrease when I noticed they all need replacing 4 bearings and bushes ,my bike is gen 2 2012 ,can anybody supply the parts numbers cheers tricky
