Bought an S1kRR in November after trading in my 2010 ZX10R...

I got a 2014 S1000RR

So I've joined here to get some advice on some modifications as it's proving a lot more difficult than I first thought.
As of now, my bike is pretty much standard bar the BMW Akra I purchased shortly after I got the bike..
So as it sits before I put it away for winter..

I'm planning on a quick trip on the coast road later this year if I get the chance. Any 'go-to' road tips always appreciated.

There's a lot of "coast roads". There are a lot of roads that I've yet to be on that are supposed to be really good.


Biggest mod I'm having an issue with is a decat! !
