Handlebar swap

Hi there
I'm forced to replace oem handlebars and was planning to order second hand OEM or buy a pair of renthal , diamond or Gilles clip on. I understand I'll Have to get also new aftermarket grips but question is how do I take (if possible) heated part grips off ?
Or just better to buy used right handle bar with switch and grip on?

you can use bmw grips you have to drill the bar to take the fixing bolt
