While trying to amuse myself fiddling with my bike due to it's been non stop rain for days I broke a trim fitting, I phone Williams BMW in Manchester and described the part it wasn't in stock so they had to get it in for me, I hadn't heard anything for a few days so phoned them this morning spoke to Janet who was sorting it for me she said we've posted it out to you and there's no charge - how good is that !!
