Regarding the wheels. Can the original disc brake front and rear from the OEM wheels be re-used? Same for the sprocket?

No, you'll need the;
Front: Discs for forged rims.
Rear: cush drive, sprocket, spacers, rear disc.

HP Forged Wheels

The front brake discs are completely different on the HP forged wheels and are not interchangeable with those fitted on the OEM cast wheels.
