Fuel tank difference

Can anyone tell me if there is any difference in fuel tanks between an 11 plate and a 13 plate S1Krr


I'm fitting a tank from an 11 plate bike to my 13 and there is a large gap on both sides where the bolt goes through the frame. Should there be a spacer in there?

Tanks are all the same.
There should be a rubber bush and top-hat insert through the frame,either side,for the bolt to go through.

Yeah I got that but there is a big old gap between the fame and the tank, to the point that the bolts isn't long enough,
