Front brake lever fitment

Hi,

I have fitted pazzo levers, clutch went on fine, brake side is making me concerned though.

When installing the lever on the brake side I had to push the piston in a bit to put the lever bolt through, when I put the original lever back in it was a similar story is this fairly normal on the master piston these bikes use?

On my other bikes I never had to compress the piston to get a lever on???

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

Pretty sure mine was the same when I fitted Pazzo levers,but as you say the OEM lever was similar. Get bike up on stands and spin front wheel to check there is no drag.
