exhaust servo removal

Hi,

I'm fitting a danmoto decat and to save cutting my stock headers I've bought a set of headers already cut with the exhaust valves removed

I'm an installer for evolutionchips and have all the hardware to flash the ecu so I'm going down that route.

As it is without the mod file uploaded it's hunting on idle although no warning light. Does anyone know the fault codes for the exhaust valve or has anyone done this before and got any tips?

I have a full system with no cat and it hunted at low revs and had pcv fitted with custom map which sorted hunting
i removed front and rear servos with no error codes on dash))

Did you remove the O2 sensors ?

the fault codes show up when you use something like GS911, but they don't put the warning light on. I've got full akra and no O2 sensors, so those faults show on computer when you look.

Yes I removed o 2 sensors as I have a pcv fitted
