Basically dealer confirmed that the bike was a sport model with traction control with all the goodies, it arrived last night and no traction control nothing, came onto the forum and people are chatting about a performance package, at no point was this said to be an extra, im gutted

It's all on the order sheet which would have been filled in when you ordered it. Basic bike/price plus itemised extras as required then signed for with yr payment?

'Performance package" yeah?
I asked what i was and that is all the stuff you've missed on on pal

I thought he would have highlighted more money for dealer, hopefully they will sort something out for you.
