Hi guys, the oem chain seems to get longer everyday, time to change, what brand and type would you recommend? Bike is used for road and dry weather only:abnormal:

Yeah best to replace both chain and sprockets. Loads to choose from and all better than oem.

Get a decent chain tool if your doing it yourself, it'll make your life a hell of a lot easier [emoji1360]

I changed the sprockets even though they looked fine. The chain on the other hand was dire

Ive just used the sealey one I borrowed from my mate, there are loads similar on ebay...must be the same manufacturer churning them out as all the parts and boxes are identical..it does the job but not brilliant but that Whale Brand one does look good. The D.I.D one looks good too but thats around 100 quid.

cant find your advert, can you please email me with details?

I would also advise the link that Paul put up. I have used loads of different ones and found the "whale tool" riveter to be most effective!
