I check mine twice a year after having one of the top windscreen bolts come off on a trackday in the middle of the main straight.. very disconcerting to hear any unusual noises at that speed

So now I carry with me a torx key to tighten them up after a few days of riding. The bumpier the road the faster I'll tighten them up.
