I lost a windscreen bolt and two front mudguard bolts today. Flew off... šŸ˜‘

Any recommendations on what to get to replace?

OEM Bolts

Your local BMW dealership should have replacements available.
 
Hi Guys,

Took your advise and just called BMW and ordered some.

Anyone else having similar issues though? Bit concerning.
 
It's not a first. Worth checking they are all tightened to 3NM of torque.
 
It should be part of your maintenance schedule. I check mine twice a year after having one of the top windscreen bolts come off on a trackday in the middle of the main straight.. very disconcerting to hear any unusual noises at that speed :)

I lost 2 already, one on the belly pan and another on the chain guard.

So now I carry with me a torx key to tighten them up after a few days of riding. The bumpier the road the faster I'll tighten them up.
