Aup guys new bmw owner so go gently on me 🤣

Am after a set of headers for my 23 s1000rr not even sure what gen it is with there being so many new models of this bike now

Question is does anyone have any headers for sale that don't break the bank that will fit my standard can?

I would suggest the Aliexpress Ackra copy. A few people have complained about the O2 sensors getting fouled. With the Ackra they are set further back along the pipe so this may resolve this issue. And also they are very cheap if you get the steel version. Look in the for sale section, as there was a member that had a set for sale.

I have a full system from my 20 plate bike, I might let them go for the right money, as I'm selling the bike and was including them in the sale. They only covered the 600 running in miles and been it the loft since.

Welcome James. Great choice of bike, if you are looking for parts then consider that a “Gen5” but that’s not a widely used designation. A fair amount of “K67” or 2019 onwards parts for are common across the Gen4/Gen5. Bodywork is one of the larger differences and crash protection is year specific for most accessory manufacturers, just buy for the 2023 year onwards and you’ll be good.

I’ve still got the Chinese headers unused upstairs (post with details in sale section) purchased for my 2024 bike, they are still in the packaging but can open and photograph if needs be.

If you are doing track days you will need a baffle for the BMW/Akra exhaust to meet some UK noise limits once the stock cats are removed.

Hope it warms up outside and you can get out on it asap.
