Hello i'm farliy new to the bmw but im looking to buy the 2023 bmw but i want most of the available packages on the bike.
so my question is how do i know what packages are on the bike is it something you can see with the eyes or do they come with a piece of paper?. and does anybody know what packages are available?.
and a third question if i were to buy the s1000 Msport do they come with most packages or is it just like lightweith batteri and carbon wheels and so on ?
thanks in advance.

There was a performance pack, Ackrapovic exhaust and endurance chain. Carbon pack, various parts in carbon. Billet pack, levers, lever guards and rearsets. The M pack was the red/white/blue colours with the carbon wheels, not sure if billet pack was included and how much carbon panels. I'm sure someone on here could clarify. Then there were other little options you could add. They all had li-ion batteries.
Just my opinion, but I wouldn't get a bike with all the bells and whistles. All these parts can be found for less money or better after market parts. I also wouldn't get the carbon wheels, due to the state of the roads in the UK and get a bike with pillion pack. I suppose what I'm trying to say is, buy a sport in the colour you like and the money you save, use to buy the parts you want.

thank you for the information highly appreciated.
But so they all share the same electronics like DTC,slide controll, riding modes pro and so on.?
Packages are more like cosmetic things ?

No. The sport has all the electronics. That's why I mentioned getting the sports model and not the base model. The easiest way to tell them apart is that the sport has electronic suspension.
Packages, yes pretty much. The performance pack, chain and exhaust, I wouldn't pay for that as there are better options available from after market. Same for levers and rearsets, IMHO. Carbon wheels I wouldn't do either and there is hardly any weight saving as the carbon wheels has thicker discs than the cast wheels.
This is only my thoughts, so if you like the BMW options go for it! 👍

Ahh I see thank y’all so much for the help on getting me to understand it’s highly appreciated 👍

I bought a new red 24 Sport at the end of September. Motorrad dealers knew the new model was imminent, and so did I, so the list price went out of the window. I got the Akra can and chain, because that chain was fine on my 22 bike and I knew Akra headers would fit the can. Apart from the wheels, the rest of the bling could probably be bought a lot cheaper off Ali express.
