I am unsure bout bleeding the brakes. I am told by the dealer that there is no need to cycle the ABS since it is a separate circuit. However, I have read on some forums that the dealer should cycle the ABS circuit when bleeding the brakes as it is not a separate circuit, and old fluid may be dumped into the system when the ABS kicks in.
Can anyone confirm if this is a separate circuit or all the same? Can I just bleed the brakes as normal or should I have the ABS circuit cycled? Any advice would be appreciated.
