Having just come back from Almeria, and having started moving around on the bike more, I realise my leg strength needs some reinforcement. By the end of the week I was having to come in before end of sessions because my legs were cramping up.
I'm looking for some recommendation for exercises to strengthen calf & thigh muscles relevant to moving around in the foot pegs.
Any ideas welcome, particularly from more mature members ;-)
