Any ideas where can I get one of these?

Afternoon all. I've got a ram ball mount from my old bike and like a challenge. I need a clamp as per the pic to mount it into the headstock, the pic shows a selection of RAM mounts with said clamp. Last time I saw one it was holding my bar end weights on. Any ideas welcome. This could save me, ooooh, at least a fiver.

Recipe:
Take 1 no. RAM mount for an RC8R with M8 steering damper bolt,
add plastic and metal sleeves and thread connector, all slash cut at 45 deg. plus ally washer.
Finally, add tight-arse S1KRR owner,
et...voila!

I used a piece of rubber fuel hose with a nut and bolt through it.
