any idea why my alarm would have woke me up at 5am it's in my garage/bar with no one going about no wind nothing ?

It might be the Optimiser. Every so often it goes through a discharge cycle, the voltage will drop. Alarm might detect that as an attempt to disconnect battery.
 
i have switched the alarm off, it's in my garage with the house alarm connected to it and also the car infront of it
