I have a quick question though. I bought my first 2022 S1000RR 2 weeks ago, and now have some work i need done. I'll be having my missus riding with me, so I'll need the pillion pegs on there, however, the previous owner has a full system Akrapovic ( slip-on+headers) and its replaced the pillion pegs with an akra bracket. I looked up the manual and there's a part that attaches to the bottom of the pillion peg, and you fix the slip-on onto that. I do not have that part. Anyone know where to buy this? Akrapovic emailed me saying they can order it, however it will take 2-4 weeks and is £40. Local welder said he can either weld the exhaust onto the pegs or make the piece himself. I can't wait 2-4 weeks as my bike will be shipped to Turkey within 10-14 days. Any advice?
