If the HM shifter is for a gen 1 I wouldn't bother. I spent hours, some with a rolling road and never got it set up satisfactorily. Changed back OE and wondered why I changed in the 1st place, Also they were being blamed for premature gearbox failures....

These are the new ones where the tubes screw into the holders. Rental recalled all the gen 1 and gen 2 clip on because they were failing. These are the new design.

its for my mates gen 2..i too didnt get on with the hm plus for my gen 1 and thought it was just me not setting it right. i now have the hm ss and its much better. cheers
