Whilst I had some time, I thought I would strip the bike in preparation for the new exhaust system and carry out a few little jobs.
As I had the charcoal canister delete kit from my K46, I thought I would install it.
Attached are the pre/post pics.

Not being overly impressed with the oem rad and oil cooler guard, I purchased some mesh from ebay and cable tied it.

Velocity stacks installed. As the PAIR system now becomes redundant, due to crank case breather kit, I removed the air pump from the airbox.

I keep looking at the Pair / SAS delete but the price of 3 covers is ridiculous. If I had a 3D printer I'd buy a set and then make some....

Yeah, Alpha is expensive. You could leave the air pump in situ, then you'll only need the 2 covers on the engine. Maybe have a look on ebay to see if anyone else makes the cover plates.
I will say, if you are going to do the crank case breather kit then you won't need any blanking plates, if air pump is left in situ.

No problem. There may be cheaper options, so have a look.
FYI, if you have/know someone with race license, Alpha will give discount.

That's good to know. I was looking at that site last night but didn't see much in the shop section.
I think that's all I'm going to do apart from mapping, with audible TC, and maybe some carbon fibre.

Airbox flaps deleted. These could of been mapped to be permanently open but opted to delete to prevent a rattle noise some people have experienced. I thought the delete kit was an unecessary expense, so I purchased bungs from ebay to close the holes. TBH, I don't think these are even necessary. The servo was left in place to prevent any error codes.

Crank case breather kit installed. Instead of venting into the airbox, it vents to a catch tank which is then routed to the PAIR system. where it exits into the exhaust.
