2010 heated grips.

hi,
does anyone know if you can have the bmw heated grips retro fitted? my dealer said no..??
can't see the reason why.

think you would need the switch as well , and you'd probably have to do it yourself , cant see the box heads helping you out

I think the reason they say it can not be done is because the loom does not have the wires and connection blocks in, if you were to get all the components and make up your own sub loom on a switched inline fuse circuit I've no doubt you could do it.
