    Mode Switch repair (2011 S1000rr)

Shameless promotion offers an opportunity to actually repair the issue.(better than the original) Replacing it is now the best our BMW experts can offer for an arm and a leg. in my case anyway. The art of fault finding is a dying skill. Good offer Stephen.

    Mode Switch repair (2011 S1000rr)

Thought I'd add some findings - May be old news at this stage, but I've not found anything other than "Return it to the main dealer ... they should replace it under warranty" Well my dealer ball parked the mode switch at about ?300 without blinking an eye, he wasn't sure but suggested that I...

2011 Primes, Runs 30s, Dies, No errors

Looks like about ~ 700 Euro for me all in 2nd hand assuming it'll still need some check and getting it out has now become a bloody nightmare as the cost of the 'free loan' trailer has risen to eternity .. inlaws... luv em :sour: . Compared to 1000 ..prolly go with OEM and security of the part...

    Damping setting recommendations for road.

Thanks, For interest, I put tie wraps on the front forks up against the sleeve. Gently hopped on. Ties were down 15mm when I got off. Damping setting recommendations for road.

gents.. (should really get this black art done professionally, but in the meantime...) I'm heading off on a decent spin next week and was just reading up on the "do it yourself" damping settings in the book. Everything on this bike is set to "normal" 5. My prob is.. my back can't take a...

    Taylormade - I did a search, I swear...

Just in the door and a few questions, I presume someone will have some answers. Took a mad notion to get a Taylormade (Havn't) I'm hearing all sorts, look well, but shite quality. Anyone have any first hand experience or "educated" views on these. Big hand out, so I'd like to have some evidence...

    Evenin'

Just found the site after spending hours on the "other" one, getting some good opinions and some "merkan" ones. Anyway, just hoping to ask a few questions and opinions. Have a mad notion to start adding feckin' expensive aftermarket parts to my '11 (wot I can't ride very well ... well, not like...
