will the yoshi r55 fit straight onto the existing exhaust? without then need fro any other bolts brackets etc? or do i need to buy anything else?

Just had my 2010 s1000rr serviced and MOT, failed MOT because of an ineffective steering damper..It's done 13.5k miles. anyone else had this? ?267 from motorrad have managed to get them to fit it for free. is it the average lifespan for a damper?

i ordered a rear tyre ....190/50-17 73W ZR Metzeler RACE TEC INTERACT K3 by mistake.. the OEM tyre has a profile of 190/55.. i am mainly a road user.. would this make a difference or dangerous?? any help advice please//
