LOL, Without a chain there's no gears, hence you could push it home. ;) There's no picture of the gear shift area so it's hard to judge if anything has happened. I would fit a new chain and sprockets then assess the movement of the gearbox by rocking the rear wheel (whilst on paddock stands)...

I vary based on tyre type and yes it's very nice to see the temps coming up...though always trust but verify.

I swear by the Diamond warmers and I note that Alpha Racing sell branded Diamond warmers. The temp is highly adjustable so that I can lightly warm road tyres/wets or super heat slicks. I usually run them at 85c with slicks. I think you have to spend a lot to beat them. I've not used MPW to...

S22 is very different to S21. Worth a go, with an open mind.

Is it slight enough to strip the tyre, heat it up and knock it straight yourself?

Centre of swingarm pivot to centre of axle. 608-612mm is a good range on the Gen 3

QS is affected by chain slack in my experience

This was my understanding too. It's the relationship between the chain and the way the swingarm moves in relation to it. The length of the swingarm will be a big factor. I've always measured middle to middle. (same as top to top)

ECU's can break. If it's not the rectifier, generator, battery, fuses, relays, earths...then I would probably say the only thing left is the ECU. The lights coming on and going off is interesting, I would be surprised, but you could investigate the ignition barrel. There is a specific light...
