I've used Williams Bikes in Manchester for servicing and work on both my RR and my R, can't complain.

When my 2010RR had the problem last July I had to wait 3 weeks to get the bike back on the road due to the shortage of switchgear. Also, the recovery guy who attended said about 20% of the bikes he'd picked up over the summer had been BMWs with faulty switchgear....

Switchgear. Call your local bmw dealer and they should replace it FOC.

R&G also do stainless guards for a little extra cash.

Does it have a ABS sensor ring on the front or rear wheel? If not - no ABS.

They're taking the piss. I got ?7400 for my 2010 RR with 6500 miles on it last September against a S1000R Sport from Williams Bikes - some ?600 over the book price.

When I had my RR serviced earlier this year they did this.

Ran mine with the Akrapovic can & little clearance for well over 18 months with no issues, 160+mph a good few times as well so it got plenty hot.

Gilles FX get my vote. Had them on my RR, have a set on the R. On offer on ebay at the moment too through Calsport. Length is midway between short and long, just right if you ask me!

Contact your closest BMW dealer, they should replace them FOC really.

H2 is 238kg, they can keep that.
