No worries , probably some water in fuel. Drain it all out and put in fresh from a busy petrol station, should be fine. Water is not so good at combusting and can cause knocks and erratic idle.

Yes , every time you tighten it the drain plug gasket compresses. It should always be torqued once, if you have to loosen it to drain oil replace it.

How about just unclipping the black plastic piece it runs through on the top clamp. I believe it just plugs in there with a little force it should release.

They make an inflatable belt to wear around your lower back designed by an Asian doctor. It effectively takes all pressure off of the discs- problem solved.
