Exhaust Hanger bracket

Hi guys

I'm after a little help. I can't seem to find anywhere that sells aftermarket exhaust hanger brackets for the s1000rr, the one that does away with the pillion foot pegs.

Im going to need one ASAP, but going mental trying to find one. If you can point me in the right direction, that would be mega

Just found out that a certain year ZX10R bracket will fit. Does anyone know what year bracket I'll need to look for

Not too worried about the cost, obviously the cheaper the better.

I can't seem to find an Akro one in this country. They all seem to be in the states or Europe. So you know anywhere I can get one in the uk ?

Found out its defo the same as a ZX6R 2009-2010 hanger. Just ordered an Evo Tech hanger bracket for £45.

I can confirm that the ZX10R Akra exhaust hanger bracket fits our bikes. I bought one of the bay of Fleas and it arrived today. Just fitted it.

mmmm , thats a fucker then , the ZX10 bracket i have doesn't fit my can???
MAybe then its just a zx10 hanger box with somert else in it.....pffffft

I was using this as a reference. I just ordered an Evo Tech hanger. I'm guessing that if the Akro one will fit, so will the one I just ordered

I believe the ZX10 and ZX6 ones are the same. So should be ok.

im a little confused , the zx6 2010 and zx10 08 are the same ive measured some and i am having some laser cut as we speak. i had been told they fit the s1000r ..great i thought 3 fits for the price of 1 . the problem i have is unless there are some variations the distance on the zx6 and 10 for the mounting holes is 95mm on the subframe.

i cant find a s1000r anywhere but when asked i have been told they are 86mm where the rear hangers fit.

so do the zx6 ones hang off somewhere else on the s1000rr or have i been mis informed .
the ones i already made where made with measurements from an ex bsb evo bike
but it had a high level can so will be too short a reach.

any clarification on this would help

Did the holes line up with the captive nuts in the subframe exactly if did you have to flex it a mm or 2?

Had to give it a little flex but nothing too much. Packaging did say Zx10 exhaust hanger

Just got my ZX6/ZX10 exhaust bracket through the post and it dosnt fit.

Weird, I bought a ZX10 bracket and its does fit. What year bike was it supposed to be for, and why doesnt it fit?

Hanger is for an 09-12 ZX6R/ZX10R. The bolt holes that secure to the subframe are miles out.

this is as i suspected ,there is a 10mm difference in the hole centres on the subframe. i have measured both now 2010 and 2012 bmw and the zx6/10

zx6 09-12 are the same as 08-10 zx10 .

i havent made any 2011 + zx10's yet so im not sure of these.

any reason you boys aren't buying a BMW one or am I being thick?
