Yoke diameter

I've tried a search but can't find the post stating the size of the yoke stem to fit a go pro mount into.
27.5mm rings a vague bell but can someone confirm for me please?

The hole in the yoke was around 16/17mm when I put a RAM Mount in. (2012)
