Looks rather fabricated to me. Was it on a remote country road?

Seen this done in Latin America to disable buses & trucks at night - then they get held up. :-(

Was on an overnight bus in Argentina where this happened but driver was able to continue to next town without stopping.

Yea it was on a remote country road, but a relatively well used one.
It was just off the Boreham road going towards Fuller Street and Braintree road. As if you are heading from Felsted to Maldon.

I suspect it was accidental loss off a van, hopefully nothing sinister

Those are fencing annular ring shank nails Oli, used most commonly by fence erectors as the gun has a compressor to run it, in a rush cause it's Friday.

I can hear them the noo shouting at the labourer "Let's get loaded and get to f13k", probably fell of the van as you say.

They come in coils rather than strips FlyingScotsman as the gun has a circular magazine it loads into.

I deffo need to get out more, lol.

Oli, your hand looks pink and wrinkled as you have probably been sitting on it to make it numb and feel like someone else's.

Have no idea why you would want to do that but Stuart is well known to do the same.

Hahahahahahahahaha.

@JimmyMac demonstrates his encyclopaedic knowledge yet again....and dashes my conspiracy theories.

Is there any job you HAVEN'T done Jimmy? You seem to have had more work experience in one lifetime than Mr Benn (remember him?)

Yes I am that old, I do remember Mr. Benn including his funny walk.

I have had a lot of jobs in my time, get very bored and when its time for a change I just pack them in, I've left every job I have ever had with nothing in place and never had to sign on (but for the grace of God).
Still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
Very much live my life by Baz Lurhmanns lyrics from "Sunscreen" worth a few listens through to really hear the meanings.

Sounds like a pretty good philosophy to me.....and I'm rather jealous of your extended road trips on the bike :YellowGW:
