It has been a hacksaw Pof, there are two "false starts" just above where they cut through, dead straight just like the marks on the severed piece of metal, hacksaws leave straight lines, grinders and disc cutters leave curved ones.

Angle grinders are better for torture purposes............as per Soofs retribution.
