under yoke front paddock stand

Hi all,
was thinking of using the under yoke front stand, been told I have to replace brake lines, is this correct?

Yes thats correct. The t junction of the lines is in the way with OEM.

Yes that's correct. It's somewhat irritating that BMW choose to mount their brake lines in this way especially as using an under yoke stand makes it far easier to remove the forks.

Sort of correct. I used to just take the one bolt out and move the t piece to one side then put my bike on the stand.

Although the stand wont fit with the brake lines mounted to the bottom yoke you can still use one with standard brake lines. Just means undoing one bolt.

Not really that much of an issue really considering that you only really need to use an under yoke stand to take the forks out. If you're taking the forks out one extra bolt is hardly the end of the world.
